Shipping policy

Items are usually shipped within 7 working days, but as I make each item on occasion it may take up to 14 working days to ship. 

UK orders are all sent via Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class or 48 service, and the delivery aim is 2-3 working days from shipping. Royal Mail 48 is the only service that provides any tracking information. If you prefer to have your items fully tracked please select this. 

International Orders are sent using Royal Mail International Track and Signed service. The delivery aim for this service is EU 3-5 working days, International 7-14 working days. Please allow at least one month and use the tracking number provided to locate where your item may be. 

Please note I am not responsible for any custom charges you may incur. Please check your local postal service, or government website for further information regarding custom charges. I am also not responsible for items being returned as they haven't been collected from the local post office. If they make their way back to me, I will offer either a refund minus the original postal charges, or to resend at extra cost.
