How much is shipping?

UK prices start at £1.75 for 2nd class.

International is fully tracked and is £10.00

International orders to the EU should arrive within 5 working days, and Worldwide in 14 working days. Please allow 1 month for your parcel to arrive. If this time has elapsed and you still don't have your order, please email emma@yarnistryshop.co.uk. As added peace of mind I do recommend people upgrade to tracked services, and offer Tracked 48. This option is available to everyone on checkout.

Will I be charged VAT/duty now?

The UK is no longer in the EU and all orders are subjected to VAT and admin charges, orders over €150 are subject to duty in addition to VAT and admin fees. Please refer to your government's import taxes pages for assistance.

EU customers, you can now pay for VAT and duty in one go at checkout. Just checkout as normal, and my service provider will calculate any additional charges your country may require you pay.

For all countries: You are responsible for all duty/VAT and fees paid in your country. 

 How long will it take you to ship my order? 

I laser cut everything to order,r but current turnaround times are approximately 3 working days. If you need an order by a certain date, please do contact me and let me know.

 What are you items made from?

All of my stitch markers and other yarn tools are made from either acrylic sheet or plywood. I source the acrylic from a UK manufacturer, with the exception of the glitter which I import. The plywood is from sustainable sources, sourced within the UK. 

I'm now recycling waste from my acrylic sheets, and have a range of recycled items. As I made the sheets myself at home, I'll be able to make custom sheets and items for you. If this is of interest, please send an email to discuss!

Do you do custom items?

Yes I can! Please send an email to emma@yarnistryshop.co.uk and we'll see what we can do! I make an design everything myself using my two laser cutters and other equipment, so I'm always happy to design bespoke items. 

Do you do wholesale?

Of course! Just ping me over a message to emma@yarnistryshop.co.uk and we can go from there.

Do you offer laser cutting services?

Yes I do! I have my own laser cutter, 3D printing and other capabilities. If there's something you'd like made, please contact me (it doesn't have to be yarn related!).
