Do your products contain swearing?

Yes. I understand swearing isn't for everyone. If it's not, select the 'non-sweary items' menu and you'll be safe! If you don't like swearing, and still manage to get yourself tangled in the other options, please don't email me to complain about swearing. I can give you my Mum and Dad's email though, they'll make sure I get a good telling off.

 

What size are the items you sell? 

If you head to the 'Product Information' tab you should see this. But they're 25mm, 38mm, 45mm and key rings. Key rings are also 45mm.

 

Do you do custom items?

Yes I can! Just head to the custom item section, and I can make your badge. Please note, as much as some of the items are sweary on here, there is a line. I will refuse and refund orders if they are racist, homophobic, ableist, or anything else that's unacceptable. I would say sorry about this, but I'm not going to! 

 

Do you do wholesale?

Of course! Just ping me over a message to hi@nortymakes.com and we can go from there.

 

You sell a few anti-Brexit items, will you be selling some pro-Brexit badges?

No, and please see above about refusing orders 'if they are racist, homophobic, ableist, or anything else that's unacceptable'.

 

When will you ship my items?

I make each badge to order, and in certain circumstances your order may take 14 days to ship. I aim for a 7 day turn around, though, and generally it will be within this time frame. If it's urgent, send me an email to hi@nortymakes.com and I'll see what I can do.

 

How long will my items take?

Unfortunately we're at the hands of the Royal Mail Gods, but they're good Gods and usually UK parcels will arrive within 3 working days. International orders to the EU will be within 5 working days, and Worldwide takes up to 14 working days. If this time has elapsed and you still don't have your order, please email shipping@nortymakes.com. As added peace of mind I do recommend people upgrade to tracked services, i the UK I provide this service as standard, but internationally it's a bit more expensive. This option is available to everyone on checkout.
